Reducing Waste

We are also committed to reducing waste through practical, circular solutions that maximise the value of every crop we grow. Organic by-products, including onion skins, tops and other plant material generated throughout the growing and packing process, are repurposed and returned to the land as mulch and organic matter rather than being sent to landfill.

Crop residues and unused material are incorporated back into our farming systems, helping to improve soil structure, increase moisture retention, suppress weed growth and support overall soil health.
